[1] Cut the bottom end of the sleeve of packaged cups.
 
[2] Slip the top end of the Dispenser into a stack of 100 cups. The bottom end of the cups should be in the Dispenser as shown.
 
[3] Hold the Dispenser upright (as shown) over the holes in the tray. Position fingers on the slide mechanism. Actuate the slide and one cup will drop out into the hole of the tray. Proceed to the next hole..
